Exchanges are cordial and must remain respectful. Tolerance, politeness and respect for everyone are the golden rules.

Each message and exchange must be as courteous as possible.

It may happen that some users give answers that do not directly address the question or that propose solutions that do not seem appropriate. In this case, it is recommended to respond politely, without violently rejecting the previous proposal and by rephrasing one's request.

Harassment is a repetition of remarks and actions having harmful consequences on the physical or psychological well-being of the victim. If a user does not respond to a message or a comment, it is possible to contact them again politely, but if this same person does not respond to the second follow-up message, it is appropriate to stop sending messages to them on the same subject. If a user does not respond, you should not take their non-response personally. It is possible that they do not have the answer, do not have time to respond, have forgotten to respond, etc.
